Kaitlyn Davis is a Registered Professional Archaeologist and doctoral candidate in archaeology at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Her advisor is Dr. Scott Ortman. Kaitlyn is interested in interaction processes, agricultural developments, and changes in land use over time in the Pueblo Southwest. Her dissertation research investigates how Pueblo people dealt with the Spanish introductions of wheat and livestock into the agricultural economy of early colonial New Mexico. She has a master’s degree in anthropology (archaeology) from the University of Colorado and a bachelor's degree in anthropology and environmental science from the University of Notre Dame.
