Outlook on the web - Creating Inbox Rules

The following tutorial describes the steps to create inbox rules that can automatically manage your messages as you receive them.

Step

Select the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the screen to open the settings pane.

Select Mail and then Rules

Click the + Add new rule button to create a new rule

Select the appropriate criteria for the rule you wish to implement and select Save to set the rule.
