The IT Service Center is dedicated to contribute to the academic growth of the campus community. Contact the IT Service Center to get help with all OIT services, email and IdentiKey, on campus Internet connectivity, telephone service and other technology-related questions. During the semester: Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
*Note: The IT Service Center is closed on weekends and during regular campus holidays.

When contacting the IT Service Center by email we ask that in addition to a description of your issue or request, you provide us with your full name, student ID number or employee ID number, and if possible, a phone number. You can expect a response within two business days. - Submit Case Webform: https://oit.colorado.edu/webform/itsc-submit-case
By filling out the webform, customers are able to create cases and submit their issues directly to the ITSC. You can expect a response within two business days. - Self-Service Portal: https://colorado.service-now.com
OIT documents and tracks customer issues and requests via a ticketing system called ServiceNow. Customers with an active IdentiKey can log into this tool to: check the status of existing cases, and review case history. - Retiree Support: OIT provides retirees with a basic level of IT support to ensure continued use of IdentiKeys, CU Boulder email accounts, and retiree-granted CU services. *Note: For faster assistance, it is best to call 303-735-4357, rather than to use email. Email messages are prioritized by the order they are received, while an IT Service Center analyst will always be available by phone during business hours.
Buff Techs Walk-In Desktop Support
