- Non-academic research
Where the software can be installed
- Office 365 Desktop apps: university-owned computers and personally owned devices
- Office 2021 Professional: university-owned computers only
Other conditions
- The Office 365 Desktop Apps can be installed on up to five devices including computers, tablets, and mobile devices. Use is restricted to the licensed user.
- Only one Office 2021 Professional installation per eligible user.
- For Shared Devices (e.g. computer labs, libraries) please contact oitsoftware@colorado.edu.

How to get it
Office Online:
- Visit the Office 365 Online page for information about how to login.
Office 365 Desktop Apps
- Open Office 365 Apps & devices
- Select Install Office to download and install the Office apps
- If prompted, enter your IdentiKeyUsername@colorado.edu and IdentiKey password to activate the applications on your device
Office 2021 Professional
- Contact your local IT administrator for assistance with downloading and installing Office 2021 Professional.
