Description

Service Restored 10:30 a.m.: The service is back to normal functionality. The team will continue to investigate the cause of the issue. 

Issue Reported 10:21 a.m.: Users are currently receiving an error message at Student Printing and Scanning (SPS) card swipe stations. The error message says "unable to connect to Pharos server". OIT is working with the vendor to resolve and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
