Description
The IdentiKey auto unlock service failed this morning. Users who had the maximum number of failed logins would have been locked out of their IdentiKey account without it being automatically unlocked after five minutes. The unlock process has since been restored. Anyone who was locked out during the outage, should now be able to log in with the correct credentials.
