Service Update 12:51 p.m.: There are reports of users still receiving error messages when attempting to log into northstar.colorado.edu from the timeframe of 12:20 p.m. - 12:40.p.m.. The IAM team believes the issue was resolved at 12:42 p.m. and is investigating the cause of the issue.
Service Restored 11:20 a.m.: Northstar.colorado.edu has been restored.
Service Update 10:56 a.m.: Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is investigating the issue.
Issue Reported 10:32 a.m.: There are reports of users being unable to authenticate into Northstar. If you experience this, please contact the server administrator at trouble@colorado.edu to inform them of the time the error occurred and the actions you performed just before the error.
