Service Restored 9:45 p.m.: Microsoft indicates all delayed email from the Exchange Online service outage on July 27 has now been delivered. The service is fully restored and operational.

Service Issue Update 12:15 p.m.: Microsoft reports that their engineers have taken action to restore the Office 365 Exchange Online email service and are currently monitoring the affected environment to ensure stability. The vast majority of delayed messages have been delivered; however, a subset of messages sent between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. are still being processed and may be delayed for an extended period of time. New messages are being delivered normally.

Service Issue Update 11:54 a.m.: New email messages are currently being delivered; however, messages sent between approximately 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. today have not been delivered. Microsoft is continuing to work to resolve the issue and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.

Service Issue Update 10:55 a.m.: Microsoft has reported there are degraded portions of their infrastructure and are working to resolve. This is impacting delivery of email to CU Boulder Office 365 Exchange Online accounts.

Issue Reported 10:29 a.m.: There are reports of users not receiving emails and/or emails being delayed. OIT is investigating the issue and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
