Issue Resolved at 7:55 a.m., 4/18/14: Xerox upgraded the Student Printing & Scanning MobilePrint service and this has resolved the problem with printing single-sided jobs using the mobile print service.

Issue Reported at 11:34 a.m., 4/3/14: Currently single-sided print jobs, sent via the mobile print service, are printing as duplex print jobs. Xerox personnel are working with Pharos on a resolution. In the meantime, customers may use local drivers available at http://www.colorado.edu/oit/services/teaching-learning-spaces/student-printing-and-scanning/traditional-printing to print single-sided copies. This issue is not affecting printing from OIT computer lab machines.
