Intra-University Transfer (IUT) Intent Tag

CU Boulder Academic Advisors and Coaches can complete the Intra-University Transfer (IUT) Intent Tag Form to highlight current CU Boulder undergraduate students who have indicated a future interest to complete an IUT. The IUT Intent Tag can be added, removed, or changed with a brief OnBase form, now available through the link on the web page and in the “Links” section of Buff Portal Advising. The IUT Intent Tag Form connects to the checklist feature in Campus Solutions and the data is made available to Academic Advisors and Coaches, who can visit the IUT Dashboard.

Advisors should tag any student indicating an intention to enter a college/school/program by:

  • Enrolling in IUT prerequisite courses
  • Raising their GPA to meet an IUT requirement
  • Attending an information session
  • Contacting an advisor in their intended field of study
  • Participating in a preparatory program
  • Declaring a dual degree/licensure program

For more information, email IUT@colorado.edu and/or review the IUT Intent Tag Form instructions
