Ralphie's List, CU's official rental database, provides landlords the opportunity to create an online advertisement specifically for CU students, faculty and staff. Ralphie's List offers a Google Maps feature, e-mail correspondence, and message boards for students to post sublets and find roommates.

Why advertise on Ralphie's List:

  • It's specific to CU students, faculty and staff. Unlike Craigslist, you know your market.
  • Each year thousands of students use Ralphie's list to find housing.
  • You will get fast results! Allowing students to email you directly from the site will make the process faster and easier.
  • It's easy. If you don't want the hassle of posting the ad, our partners will do the work for you.

How to get started:

Register your account today for the Ralphie's List rental database. If you have any questions regarding the database and/or pricing please call our partners at 1-877-888-4895. *Ralphie's List is powered by Off-Campus Partners.

Greetings!
We wanted to take this opportunity to provide you with the dates of our 2018-2019 CU Housing Fairs as well as to announce the launch of our registration process for the 2018-2019 fairs.
As many of you may be aware, last year was the first year we offered three housing fairs and a bundled pricing option for those property managers/organizations/vendors interested in registering for all three events. Based on feedback received following our events last year, we have decided to continue with our fall fair options including both the October housingfair which is geared towards individuals looking for housing for Spring 2019 as well as for those individuals beginning to collect information for their future housing needs. Similarly, the December fair hosted in the new Village Center in Williams Village received excellent feedback from those who participated including enjoying the hot chocolate bar/ski lodge theme and opportunities to connect primarily with first and second-year students!

Please see below or click here for the link to the registration portal. Here, you will be able to select which fairs you would like to participate in, as well as pay for your registration fees online. Should you encounter any problems with registration or online payment, please feel free to contact Jeremy Moore at jeremy.moore@colorado.edu or 303.492.4622.

We also understand that many vendors and property managers may prefer to pay for their registration costs with a check. We plan to continue this option and will provide information at the end of the registration form on how to mail in a check.  Additionally, you will have the option to bundle parking at an additional cost while selecting your registration options.

Some of the additional changes for the fairs this year include:

  • We will offer a bundled parking option for those individuals who are registering for all three fairs. Parking will be available in the underground garage located beneath the Center for Academic Success and Engagement (CASE), located directly adjacent to the University Memorial Center.
  • We will again host our evening format fair in Williams Village on Wednesday, December 6th. This event will be held for one additional hour this year, from 4 pm - 8 pm, to allow for additional students to speak with participating properties, vendors, and organizations. This event will also provide a light buffet dinner for our landlord/property manager/organization/vendor participants.

Here’s why you will not want to miss these events:

  • The Housing Fairs are a unique and terrific opportunity to mass market your rental properties, and they offer advantages most traditional marketing forums do not. The ability to directly present and explain floor plans and photographs of your properties and amenities give you more exposure for the dollar than any advertisement can. Meeting hundreds of prospective tenants face-to-face gives you the sales advantage of being able to immediately answer questions or verbally pitch your property to hesitant renters.
  • There are approximately 7,000 first-year students currently living in residence halls, and the majority of these students will move off campus next year. Our office will be marketing the event to students between now and each of the fairs.

For more information about the CU Housing Fair(s) in the meantime or for any questions you may have, please feel free to contact Jeremy Moore at 303-492-4622, jeremy.moore@colorado.edu, or stop by our office in the University Memorial Center, room 313. We look forward to seeing you soon!

We sincerely thank you for your continued support of our housing fairs!
