Inspiration Phase: May 17th to June 14, 2018

  • Go over resources, existing data, reports etc.

Ideation Phase: June 21st to July 12, 2018

  • Ideation, Defining, Connecting
  • Meet with additional strategic partners
  • Coalesce as a group, given all inputs

Writing Phase: July 19th to August 16, 2018

  • Prototyping, Authoring, Revising
  • Work on writing and completing the draft of the plan
  • Prepare for campuswide town halls in the fall

Revising Phase: September 17 to December 20, 2018

  • Revise plan recommendations for feasability of implemention
  • Share plan with campus community
  • Engage with campus in town hall discussions
  • Submit revised plan to Chancellor's Cabinet for acceptance
