Vince graduated from CU Boulder in 2001 with a degree in psychology, and in 2012 earned an MFA from Colorado State University. For five years, he served as Director of CSU’s Testing Center, managing test grading, teacher evaluations, and distance education. In September 2016, he returned home to his alma mater as the FCQ Program Manager.
Responsibilities: FCQ supervision and oversight.
