Michelle is a Measurement Insight Analyst. Prior to joining ODA, she was a Senior Associate with the Maxwell X Lab at Syracuse University, consulting for public sector and nonprofit organizations. In that role, Michelle contributed to experiments using behavioral science and strategic research to generate actionable guidance for clients. She earned her BA in International Relations and Citizenship and Civic Engagement, with a minor in Policy Studies at Syracuse University.
