Office of Data Analytics
Brad Weiner joined CU Boulder in June 2020 as the director of data science in the Office of Data Analytics. He was named interim chief data officer in September 2021 and moved permanently into the position July 1, 2022. In this role Weiner oversees the Office of Data Analytics and works to advance CU Boulder's research, teaching, and public engagement missions by strategically and appropriately leveraging data.
Prior to working at CU, Weiner was senior director of data science at Capture Higher Ed, a Louisville-based ed-tech consultancy. Weiner has also worked in a variety of roles at the University of Minnesota, Vanderbilt University, and the University of Kansas.
