2021 Lifecycle of an Award Workshop Schedule

Intended Audience: The Lifecycle of an Award workshop is a three-part series for individuals who are new to research administration and would benefit from a basic, yet comprehensive, working knowledge of research administration at CU Boulder.
Course Description: Our instructors will take participants through the administrative lifecycle of an award and present overviews of the following topics: CU Boulder’s research enterprise, finding funding for sponsored projects, proposal development and submission, award negotiation and acceptance, award management, award closeout, and sponsored project compliance.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Recognize the different administrative tasks that may be required for each stage in the lifecycle of an award
- Identify which team within OCG will need to be contacted for various tasks and situations
- Navigate the OCG website to find relevant information, forms, and contacts
