Dr. Hannah Glick is on the front lines of research examining the link between hearing loss and cognitive decline. This passionate Buff, will share how her mentorship experience during her 3-Minute Thesis Competition preparation, helped her find her passion and prepared her for success. Now, she’s paying it forward as a teacher and mentor herself.
Hannah Glick is a neuroscientist, audiologist, teacher, mentor and public speaker. While studying for her PhD in speech, language and hearing sciences at CU Boulder, she explored the impact of hearing loss on brain development and cognitive function. Today, she develops new hearing tools and technologies for a leading cochlear implant company. From the lab to the office and from the classroom to life, Dr. Glick actively mentors aspiring students and early-career professionals to unlock their passion and purpose by "finding their herd."
