Research Interests

I have over a decade of experience in nano-material research, synthesis, and characterization. More specifically, I have extensive experience in the synthesis of a large variety of nano-materials, such as silver/gold nano-particles/wires/rods, graphene, fullerenes, transition metal di-chalcogenides (TMDC) particles/sheets/etc, various plasmonic nano-particles (PNP), etc… Additionally, I have a great deal of experience fabricating composites systems of nano-particles and various bulk materials, and have characterized all of the formerly mentioned nano-materials/composites with various equipment, such as a HR-TEM, STEM, AFM, XRD, HR-Optical Microscopes, and Universal Testing Machines.
