Kimberly Kosmenko, M.S., MBA is a business strategist and educator focused on inclusive, sustainable, and resilient business practices. As a business owner and consultant, she provides strategy facilitation and leadership training to organizations that strive to differentiate themselves as leaders in the sustainable and socially responsible business space. As a member of the core faculty for the University of Colorado's Masters of the Environment program, Kimberly designs and teaches courses in leadership, business, and public speaking to develop graduate students as changemakers and ethical, resilient professionals.
Over the past 18+ years, Kimberly has been a team lead, consultant, and mentor to organizations spanning highly influential Fortune 500 companies to high-energy fast-growth start-ups and nonprofits. As a "tri-sector athlete," Kimberly brings a unique servant leadership perspective from her work across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors - plus higher education. Since 2016, Kimberly has contributed to the global network of leaders in the Certified B Corporation community. Currently, she is an advisor to regional B Corp leaders to support community organizing and networking that will accelerate the movement to use business as a force for good. She is also a recognized expert in business integration of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and led early-phase background research behind the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) and B Lab SDG Action Manager.
