- Academic Instruction Guidance Documents
All MENV faculty should read and bookmark the most recent edition of the Academic Instruction Guidance document at the beginning of each semester. - Syllabus Statements & Exam Policy
All MENV faculty should read and utilize the Academic Affairs required syllabus statement, the final exam policy, attendance guidance, and additional classroom policies. - Mandatory Reporting
All MENV faculty should watch the video on this website each semester as a refresher on who is required to report and how to make a report. The CU Red Folder is also a good resource for assisting students in distress. - Office of the Registrar

University Libraries is available to all faculty, staff, and students. SEEC occupants can request and return library materials through the Barlett Center located on the second floor. - Faculty Course Questionnaire (FCQ's)
At the end of each term students evaluate their courses using an online questionnaire called the Faculty Course Questionnaire (FCQ). MENV Faculty should be familiar with the procedures for completing and administering this process. - Office of Faculty Affairs

Information Technology (OIT)/Classroom Technology
- Classroom Tech Assistance
If you're in an OIT-supported classroom and have an issue with technology, submit the Classroom Technology Problem Reporting form or call the IT Service Center at 303 735-4357 (5-HELP from an on campus phone) to request OIT classroom support. - Buff Techs
This office can help you with troubleshooting and diagnostics on personally owned desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers, multifuction devices, and other personal computing devices. - Canvas
Canvas is a cloud-based learning management system (LMS) that can be used as an additional space for instruction. Any faculty member who has an Identikey and is identified in the system as an instructor of a course, has the ability to “create a Canvas course” through MyCUInfo. - Academic Technology Training
OIT offers a number of live scheduled trainings and recorded on-demand sessions to support instructors in using technology in teaching and learning. - Center for Teaching & Learning
