You must apply to graduate for the semester in which you'll officially and successfully complete all requirements for the degree(s) and major(s) you're pursuing. Degrees are conferred at the end of the fall, spring, and summer semesters. For more information about how and when to apply, click on the button below. If you would like your name in the spring Mechanical Engineering graduation recognition ceremony program, you must apply for graduation by April 1st.

Once you have successfully applied, you will also need to get your cap and gown. Graduate students must order their regalia by 11:59PM on Wednesday, March 27th in order to receive it in time for graduation. Undergraduate regalia is available for purchase from the CU Book Store either in person or online.

Mechanical Engineering Recognition Ceremony

Date: Friday, May 10th

Time: Reception from 6:00PM-7:00PM
Ceremony from 8:00PM-10:00PM

Location: reception at tent on Business School lawn, ceremony at CU Events Center. Light refreshments will be served at the reception. Tickets will not be required for guests. Please note that the CU Events Center only permits clear bags inside; lockers will be available outside for free for any opaque bags.
