There are many places to get assistance with Math classes at CU-Boulder.

The Undergraduate Mathematics Resource Center has two components.  There is a help lab staffed with tutors available to students in the following courses: MATH 1011, 1021, 1071, 1081, 1150, 1300, 1310, 2300, and 2400.  There is also a study area set aside for students in upper division MATH department classes; the study area is still under development, and will have additional resources available in the future.  The Center is located on the first floor of the Math Building, and is open Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., during the Fall and Spring semesters, except for University holidays.

SASC offers a variety of assistance, including tutorial support, study sessions, and a tutor locator.

The Department of Housing provides a variety of academic support services for residents through the Academic Support Assistance Program (ASAP).

The Math Department maintains a list of private tutors.  The list includes what courses each tutor will work with, and their hourly fees.  The list can be obtained in Math 260.

Always remember: the best source for help with your math class is your math instructor!

Ask questions in class and visit office hours.
