Per residence hall room
- Rooms come in wide variety of sizes and layouts but generally provide each student with approximately 100 square feet of living space
- Rooms have special fire-retardant curtains or blinds installed (do not replace)
- Fire suppression/sprinkler systems
- Overhead light fixture
- Smoke detector
- Microwave/refrigerator/freezer combination unit. Apartments in Reed and Williams Village have full-size refrigerator/freezers and a conventional oven and stove
- High-speed wireless Internet with wired Ethernet jack capabilities
- Operable windows
- Whiteboard on outside of room door
- Shower curtain (if room has attached bath)
- 1 trash can and 1 recycle can
