Whether students are here for one session or several, campus housing is available to help make summer living as seamless as possible. All summer 2020 housing options will be offered at Bear Creek until July 31 for any students who were enrolled as undergraduate students during the spring semester.
Dates will be flexible, and with notice, no termination penalties, however; students with a housing contract that consists of less than 30 consecutive days will be subject to city and state sales tax
Students currently living with us will be given priority for housing while all new applicants will be assigned based on the date and time of the completed application (when the housing deposit is completed) and availability.
Meal plans are not available with summer housing. Bear Creek has apartment-style living, equipped with kitchens.
Summer housing applicants can request a single room in a Bear Creek studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, or four-bedroom apartment. Specific assignment requests (building, room, type of accommodation, or a specific roommate) are not guaranteed. You can find the different floorplan options at https://bearcreek.colorado.edu/rates
New freshmen students may live with us during the summer, but it is not required and does not count towards the freshman live-on requirement. If you are a freshman admitted for summer 2020 and will be living on-campus in the fall, please ensure you completely submit both applications in the MyCULiving portal.
