We know that many members of our community are feeling unsettled and concerned as the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve. Our top priority is your health and well-being, and we want you to feel supported as a member of the Buff community. 

Below you will find updated information on services during spring break. We hope you will use this week to modify or adopt new daily routines, connect virtually with friends and family and explore activities you can do from the comfort of home. 

Residence Halls

  • Resident advisors will be on call 24/7 during spring break and will be available in the hall.

  • Lobby doors for all halls are locked 24/7 during spring break. Please remember to take your Buff OneCard with you at all times when leaving and returning to the building.

  • Residence hall community centers will remain open over spring break but will have a reduced schedule.

Community Center 

  • The Community Center Hours will be from 12 p.m. - 10 p.m. Monday, March 23 - Friday, March 27. The regular 24/7 schedule will resume on Monday, March 30.

Dining

  • Please review modified dining hours during spring break. In order to maintain the health and safety of our community, Campus Dining Services will offer all meals as grab and go, and will no longer have dine in options.

  • Students with academic year plus breaks contracts will receive a separate email with specific dining information. 

Buff Bus

  • The Buff Bus will run on a reduced schedule during spring break. Please visit the Buff Bus website for more detailed schedule and route information.

Mail

  • The UPS store in Cheyenne/Arapaho will close at 2 p.m. on March 28, with all mail from this location being routed to the Kittredge location.
  • The Kittredge and Village Center UPS stores will remain open Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. until further notice.
