Success and Engagement Strategies • Rare and Distinctive Collections

As part of the instruction and outreach section of Rare and Distinctive Collections, Sean Babbs teaches many classes that enable students to work with special collections and historical materials in active and tactile ways (find information on primary source instruction for your students). Working closely with the libraries’ communications group, Sean helps promote Rare and Distinctive Collections to the campus and community.

Sean serves as library liaison for the Museum Studies program, and is happy to help with questions or research topics on historical books, archival collections, or museum studies information - feel free to email him or schedule a research appointment.

Sean joined the CU Boulder Libraries faculty in 2017.
