The University Libraries encourages collaborations across disciplines and communities. To propose an art display or exhibit in any of the library branches, including Norlin, please complete this form. To collaborate with the Libraries to create an exhibit, please contact a subject specialist prior to submitting this form to discuss and obtain their advice, their support or to be referred to others, as necessary.

Most exhibit spaces within the library are reserved a year or more in advance. We will contact you to confirm we have received your request and let you know when our exhibits team will make a decision regarding your proposal. If you have questions, please contact Andrew Violet, graphic designer and exhibit coordinator for the Libraries.

Please include all departments or organizations sponsoring the exhibit.
Tell us the intended audience, goal or theme of your proposed exhibit. What do you hope to communicate with library users? Why would the Libraries be an ideal place to show this work? If you need more space, you may attach a document below.
You may submit additional information, describing your exhibit and its relevance to the Libraries.
