This exhibit is the fifth in a series of student-generated exhibits made in collaboration with the Program for Writing & Rhetoric and the University of Colorado Boulder Libraries. The exhibit reflects the University Libraries’ mission to partner dynamically with departments, faculty, and students in creating, disseminating, and advancing scholarship. The panels in this exhibit come from First Year Writing and Rhetoric 1150; How Science Persuades 3030; and Technical Communication & Design 3035.
The images brought together for the Broadcast Generation Series as a whole are united by design. The proximity between form and content has, perhaps never before in history, been so seamlessly reflexive. Students speak through and to the media both to constitute themselves as subjects and to each other as an authentic, or potential, community.
