As the Romance Languages Librarian, Bronwen specializes in research skills related to Catalan, French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. She is a graduate of CU-Boulder with a BA in English & Spanish and worked in the field of immigration law in Boulder, Denver, and Colorado Springs for about 6 years before receiving a Master in Library and Information Science degree from the University of Denver. Her information literacy instruction and research consultations can be tailored to help you or your students find, use, and evaluate information. She is available by phone, email, or in person to answer questions and consult on research, publishing, or other scholarly activities. You can use her calendar to schedule an appointment and faculty can submit a request for library research seminar(s) for their courses. Bronwen also updates and maintains the libraries’ physical and electronic resources related to Romance Languages. Her research interests include developing resources and services to serve Romance Language departments, working with international and internationally-oriented students on information literacy skills, and exploring pedagogical approaches to creating digital resources.
