  2. All workspaces in the study are unassigned and must be shared.  Daily workspace use will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. Access to the Faculty Study is limited to faculty members who have requested access.  Access is via Buff OneCard swipe.  Faculty members may not delegate lockers assigned to them.  The Libraries Department of Circulation issues locker keys. There is a minimum $10.00 replacement charge for lost keys.
  4. Locker assignments and faculty study access are per semester.  Faculty Study access and lockers may be renewed at the end of each semester.  If access is not renewed, lockers must be vacated by due date.  If lockers are not cleared, a minimum of $50 in cleaning and key replacement fees, and a $10 billing fee may be assessed.   It is the responsibility of the faculty member to request a renewal by contacting Circulation within the renewal period.
  5. The Faculty Study is for research and scholarship only.  Use as office or conference space is prohibited.  Failure to abide by these rules may result in forfeiture of carrel privileges and assessment of applicable fees.
