CU-Boulder lends most formats to libraries. You may request photocopies up to 100 pages; book loans; theses and dissertations; most newspapers; maps; government publications, DVDs and VHS tapes. Dissertations dated 2005 and newer may only be available for purchase through ProQuest. Six volumes of a multi-volume set or reels of microfilm may be requested on one request.
University Libraries doesn’t lend restricted electronic resources, special collections and archives, or reference materials.
Book loans or photocopies to GWLA, Rapid, Colorado libraries and reciprocal partners are free.
Book loans or photocopies to non-reciprocal libraries within the contiguous 48 states cost $15 IFM.
Book loans and photocopies to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico cost $20 IFM.
Book loans or photocopies to overseas libraries cost $30 IFM, or 4 IFLA vouchers.
Book loans or photocopies to any library requiring an invoice cost $50.00 U.S.
Method of Payment
OCLC's IFM system is preferred. For overseas libraries, payment with 4 IFLA vouchers is also accepted. If not on IFM, libraries may pay the $50.00 invoice charge by check or credit card (VISA or MasterCard.)
12 weeks with no renewal. Maps, DVDs and VHS tapes check out for one week with no renewal.
