CU Boulder undergraduate students have the opportunity to win one of three $500 prizes by sharing an essay, original artwork or multimedia reflection with the campus community during the University Libraries’ Buffs One Read Storytelling Contest.
Submissions must respond to this year’s Buffs One Read selection, Braiding Sweetgrass: Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge and the Teaching of Plants by Robin Wall Kimmerer or provide a reflection on your relationship to the natural world.
The submission deadline has been extended to February 8 at 12 p.m.
First-year students, if you haven’t already, pick up your free copy of this year’s Buffs One Read selection and join the campus discussion! Copies are available in the Technology Department of the campus bookstore. The rest of the CU Boulder community may borrow a physical copy, ebook or audiobook through the University Libraries.
