The William M. White Business Library and Health Promotions are teaming up to offer students two Stress(less) Workshops focused on providing stress relief during mid-terms.

Join us in the Business Library, Conference RM 200C Monday, October 15 from 1 to 2 pm and Wednesday, October 24 from 11 to 12 pm for workshops on Aromatherapy and Creative Expression. Both activities are available both days so you don’t have to choose. Attend one or attend them both!

Aromatherapy: Make your own aromatherapy oils and learn how different scents can help relieve a variety of symptoms.

Creative Expression: Choose from a variety of craft options including glitter bottles, coloring, origami, or modeling clay for in-the-moment stress relief.

The Stress(Less) Workshops are open and free to all students so grab a coffee from Method Coffee Roasters and color your stress away!
