Books on Reserve

The University Libraries encourages all instructors to use the Libraries’ Course Reserves service to assist with their upcoming fall classes.

Course reserves allow instructors to make texts and course materials equally available to all of their students. Instructors may reserve not only books, but journal articles, DVDs, sheet music, molecular modeling kits – anything needed for students to succeed in your courses, even skulls for IPHY courses.  Reserve items may be held at Norlin Library as well as any University Libraries branch location. Both library and personal materials may be placed on reserve.  Personal copies may be brought to a circulation desk, as well as sent via campus mail.

Learn how to submit your course reserves online.  Get your requests in now to avoid the start of semester rush!

If you'd like the Libraries to purchase an item to be placed on reserve, please note this in your reserve request. For assistance, e-mail us at libraries@colorado.edu.
