Finding it difficult to find time to stop by the library to pick up your books? The University Libraries provide FREE campus delivery of library materials to faculty, staff and graduate students who have a campus mailbox. More than 6,000 library items have been delivered to campus mailboxes so far.

To place a request for campus delivery, search for the items you want on the Libraries website. Once you’ve located an item, select the catalog record, hit the ‘Request’ button at the top of the screen, and choose My Campus Box as the pickup location.

Items requested through Prospector can also be delivered via campus mail. Just make sure to choose My Campus Box (CUB Only) as the pickup location when you make your request.

You will receive an email notifying you when items have been checked out to your account and are in route to your campus mailbox. Please note that by choosing the campus delivery option, you accept responsibility for lost or damaged materials.

Faculty, staff and graduate students who use the campus delivery service are responsible for the return of items. There is no office pick-up service, but you may return items using campus mail. You may also return items to Norlin Library Circulation or any of our other libraries. Ask for an e-receipt during open hours or place the materials in our desk-side or 24 hour return bins. If you choose to return via campus mail, you remain responsible for lost or damaged materials.

We are also currently piloting delivery of traditional ILL materials requested through our ILLiad system to campus boxes, beginning with faculty.
