Associate Professor Craig Konnoth recently gave a plenary address at the International Association of Law & Mental Health Conference at Sapienza University in Rome. In his talk, Konnoth discussed his research examining how individuals and groups use medical frames to advance civil rights claims. The audience consisted of lawyers and mental health professionals, as well as academics and activists from both fields, from across the world. Konnoth's article on which the talk was based will be published in the Stanford Law Review in early 2020.
