Robert Dieter Nominated Ambassador to BelizeOn May 6 Law Professor Robert Dieter was nominated by President Bush to be America's ambassador to Belize, pending Senate approval. Dieter is director of clinical programs and teaches criminal law and procedure, trial advocacy and evidence. He practiced law both privately and as a deputy district attorney and joined the Colorado Law faculty in 1979. Bush appointed Dieter to the board of the Legal Services Corporation in 2003.
