Team Weimer's energy materials facilities are located in rooms ECES 1B24, ECES 1B26, and ECSL 1B32 of the Engineering Center (situated on the north side of University of Colorado Boulder's main campus). These labs house the ALD reactors, a high flux solar simulator (HFSS), as well as high-temperature reactors that can reach temperatures in excess of 2000K for testing new materials and performing gasification of biomass, among other substances. These labs are also capable of performing cryogenic milling, LECO elemental analysis, and particle size analysis (PSA/PSD).
