Dr. Zuo received the Research Development Award for 2020 from the Department of Civil, Environmental, and Architectural Engineering. This award recognizes his “research accomplishments in developing a robust research activities in ‘smart, sustainable and resilient cities’, through high profile research grants and fundamental contributions”.
