• The ghxNano probe is is designed for 1H-detection, and has the lowest sample volume available in our facility. The sample volume in the Nano-tubes is 40 microliters. This probe has the highest sensitivity for samples of low mass quantity, but very high solubility. The broadband channel can be tuned over the frequency range of 31P-15N.
  • The sample is orientated at the magic angle, and the sample may be spun at a frequency of 2-3KHz.
  • The probe is equipped with an actively shielded Magic Angle gradient gradient (PFG) coil for gradient-selected NMR experiments, and PFG diffusion experiments.
  • This probe is capable of Variable-Temperature (VT) experiments over a limited temperature range, with a specified sample temperature range of -20 to +80 Deg.C.
  • This probe, combined with the Nano-NMR tubes, also allows one to perform high-resolution NMR experiments using semi-solid phase samples, such as molecules bound to polymer SPS (Solid Phase Synthesis) gels, which are swollen in deuterated organic solvents. This probe is capabable of performing a wide variety of High-Resolution Magic-Angle-Spinning (HRMAS) experiments.
