Hi! I am a senior undergraduate majoring in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and minoring in Spanish. My research interests mostly involve parasitology, limnology, heritability and genetic architecture of traits, and ecosystem dynamics, especially their variation over elevation gradients. I became fascinated with the Johnson Lab’s research my first year at CU, so I jumped at the chance to gain research experience with them this year. I’m excited to improve my dissection skills, contribute to an interesting long-term research project, and grow my knowledge of parasites and their complex cycles within an ever-changing environment. When I’m not in the lab you can find me reading, making coffee, camping, hiking, or wandering the woods!
