Adison Romano

Hi everyone! I’m Adison and I am a 4th year undergraduate here at CU Boulder majoring in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology and minoring in Business. My interests lie in parasitology and marine ecology, which made the Johnson lab a perfect place to explore these interests further and broaden my research horizons! In the lab, I have been exploring the prevalence and range of parasitic marine isopods, as well as looking deeper into Black Spot Syndrome in tropical fish. In the future, I hope to continue marine parasite work or work directly with natural history museum collections through curation/collections management. Outside of the lab, I love rock climbing, ceramics, reading, and playing the piano + guitar!
