A new publication in the Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters , led by our theory collaborators Peyton Cline and Prof. Joel Eaves , describes DFT investigations into hole-trap states and the mechanism by which trapped holes diffuse on CdS nanocrystal surfaces. This supports previous work by group member James Utterback.
