Amersham Typhoon 5 from Cytiva

03/01/2023 Annette's NIH S10 (BIG) application to acquire a new Typhoon 5 is awarded.

We got the S10 instrumentation grant to replace our outdated, no longer manufacturer-supported Typhoon FLA 9500 with a brand-new Typhoon 5. The new muti-mode, high resolution and sensitivity biomolecular imaging platform will have two infrared channels in addition to RGB and phospho imaging. We get it as soon as Cytiva can deliver. If you have questions or want to start planning your new and exciting fluorescence imaging using the IR channels contact me (erbse@colorado.edu). I am happy to help and can't wait to see what you all can do with the new possibilities!
