Admission to our certificate programs is open to all who have earned an undergraduate degree from an accredited university with at least a 3.00 GPA
Not sure yet if you want to pursue a full Master’s of Science degree? If you already have some familiarity in telecommunications networks or policy — or a burning passion to start the learning process — a graduate certificate from ITP might be the perfect first step for you. A graduate certificate from ITP offers you a foundation of knowledge and technical skills in the highly-sought after job markets of network engineering, network security, wireless networking, and telecom policy and strategy. Even better, ITP certificates also allow you to apply course credits toward your master’s degree if you decide to continue on in your studies.
 
Non-Degree Student Certificate Application Requirements:
  • Step 1: Non-degree seeking students, Apply through Continuing Education
  • Step 2: Send the following items to itpgrad@colorado.edu:
    • Undergraduate transcript (unofficial copy is acceptable)
    • Current resume
    • Explanation of relevant educational and/or professional background and reasons for interest in the Interdisciplinary Telecom Program (in 2 pages or less).
Application Deadlines (certificate students only):
  • January 10th for Fall admission
  • October 1st for Spring admission
