The CU International Festival Committee needs YOU to help put on a great 2022 International Festival!

CU International Festival (IFest) has been around since 1990, and has continued to successfully promote diversity among students and the Boulder community. The festival continues to grow, with over 30 countries participating and over 3,000 people attending. IFest is the largest student organized event on campus and is free and open to public. The event won 'Cultural Event of the Year' in 2018.

IFest will take place on April 10, 2022 from 3 to 7 p.m.. At the festival you can showcase your country, region, or heritage with booths, performances, food samples, and interactive cultural activities.

The festival gives you an opportunity to:

  • Share your culture, traditions, and heritage with the greater Boulder community.
  • Promote and celebrate diversity among students and community members.
  • Provide an opportunity for unity among the various cultures represented by CU Boulder students and community members.

Why should you participate?

  • Educate people about your country, region, or heritage and its traditions.
  • Encourage understanding between cultures and combat stereotypes.
  • Meet people from all over the world and learn about the traditions and culture.
