Completing the Campus Culture Survey
Have you completed your Campus Culture Survey?
- This is an opportunity to share anonymous feedback about your experiences and the extent to which you feel respected, supported, and valued at CU Boulder based on aspects of your personal identity.
- The survey was directly emailed to undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff in mid-October (email subject: Campus Culture Survey).
- Complete the survey before it closes on Nov. 21.
- Results from this survey will be used to better understand our existing campus culture and to identify both strengths and areas of concern to make recommendations for creating and sustaining a just, equitable, and inclusive culture at CU Boulder.
Receiving Campus Cash for Campus Culture Survey Participation
In order to receive Campus Cash for completing the survey, you will need to submit a W-8 BEN tax form (at the top of the second page), not the I-20 immigration form.
- You must submit your completed W-8 BEN to ISSS via the Document Submission Form no later than November 30, 2021 to be eligible to receive Campus Cash.
