Are you currently in an authorized period of post-completion OPT and interested in the possibility of extending your OPT authorization? If you earned a degree in the U.S. that was in an OPT STEM Extension eligible field, then you may be eligible for the OPT STEM Extension.
Join our OPT STEM Extension workshop to learn more about the OPT STEM Extension eligibility requirements; the application timeline and process; what to expect after you have submitted your OPT STEM Extension application to USCIS; and the OPT STEM Extension reporting requirements.
Students may apply for the OPT STEM Extension as early as 90 days prior to their current OPT end date.
