With the various ways to register for a COVID-19 vaccine, navigating the process can be challenging. The resources below may be useful for finding a location to register for a COVID-19 vaccine. ISSS recommends consulting with your medical service provider if you have any questions pertaining to the COVID-19 vaccine.

Through CU Boulder:

Students, faculty, and staff who are interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine through CU Boulder can sign up using the CU Boulder COVID-19 Vaccine Eligibility and Status Update Form.

If you have already registered with CU Boulder, you may also choose to sign up for a CU Boulder COVID-19 vaccine stand-by appointment.

  • This option allows you to be placed on a stand-by list for when extra vaccine doses are available due to appointment cancellations.
