Clara is the Human Resources Coordinator/Liaison for the Department. She manages issues related to human resources that include hiring, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, Myleave timesheets and more. Clara is also the primary liaison between IPHY and Campus HR.
Clara is a CU Boulder Alumni where she received a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She began her HR Career as an Admin Assistant and moved into a position as a Leave Coordinator. She is currently in progress for her master’s degree with an emphasis on Organizational Communication. Prior to her time in Human Resources, Clara worked as a backpacking and hiking guide for the CU Outdoor Program. In her free time, she is an avid outdoors enthusiast and can often be found on local trails hiking and biking. She is also an active reader and can be often found on the couch with her partner and their cats.
